We had an excellent experience with Jason Irby and his crew from Paul Davis Restoration. We needed prompt attention for assistance with a water damage issue at a rental property. They were on the scene right away and facilitated the authorization to proceed with our insurance company. They were efficient, effective and professional throughout, with excellent communication.

We have had the pleasure of working with Mark and Matt for an insurance claim last year and now again this year. Both instances, they have been super responsive and get started as soon as they can to complete the project so we can have our home back. This time around they have actually taken over another construction project repairing the damage from Hurricane Helene that another contractor left us in the wind to deal with in addition with repairing the flooring from a huge leak we’ve had. We’ve been waiting for over a year for the previous contractor to start the project, when Matt’s crew took over they had the yard cleaned up and the exterior work of the house almost completed within a week of taking over the project. I don’t think there are enough words to explain how appreciative I am for their company and crew. I was almost in tears staring at my chimney-less yard for the first time in a year. When I get ready to remodel the house, I will use Paul Davis Restoration every time!!

Very professional, completed all the restoration that was needed after another contractor's water remediation efforts. Quality work and attention to detail. Steve was especially courteous and efficient completing all repairs to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. After speaking with Matt in our home during our initial assessment he put us at ease with his explanations of how his team would address our problems. He has vast experience with the adjusters from Travelers insurance so his handling of them was without any hiccups. We were given a contract estimate as well as a tentative finish date which was thankfully met without any problems. Matt and I were in communication multiple times per week about what was going on with the projects and their status/timeline. He is honest, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. I can’t say enough that Matt and Paul Davis is where you must go for any home issues you might be facing. I’m active duty military - military personnel do yourselves a favor and get your home restoration projects completed by Matt and his team. Thank you Matt. Thank you Paul Davis. I can say with the utmost confidence that had we
